The tarjet of the project is the
urban regeneration of a depresed
area in Cali, Colombia. To face this,
an intervention in six different sectors, (water, energy, entertainment, recycling, urban cropping and urban
layout) create new relations and process between neighbours and the
place. With the use of an architecture divided into two scales, simple programs mix and generate new ones, concatenating the urban public-private space.
